Susan and Sheila were always on time, friendly, never seemed in a rush. They listened to what we wanted and showed us houses that fit our needs. During hurricane Harvey, they went by our house twice to be sure it did not flood. Then because of a moratorium on home owners insurance they got us an extension on our closing. I will give their contact information to anyone looking for a house in the greater Houston area.

Susan is a true realty pro. We came from out of state and had 30 houses to look at in two days. Susan took on the task with ease. She picked us up from the hotel, had snacks, and all of our houses for the day in a binder. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the area made our very stressful experience a good one. My wife and I recently relocated our family to Texas from Arizona, and were fortunate enough to receive help from Susan in finding a home. Only months after hurricane Harvey with properties in all sorts of conditions; Susan was very transparent in where to look, what was affected by the storm, and what had the potential to being a bad investment in the future. Susan was on time to every meeting, and was well prepared. Having children of her own, she had an extensive knowledge of the education system and what schools offered the best curriculum. Running out of time and having homes we were interested in fall through, we were left returning home without securing a house to come back to.
